Policy
Consultations
Free with your initial session. If just wanting to schedule a consultation alone, please contact our store.
Booking
Your first session booked, please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes early to fill out paperwork and to complete your consult. Each session after the initial, plan to arrive on time to start on time.
To book an appointment there is a $25 deposit each session. The deposit will be applied toward your session’s charge, but if appointment is not re-scheduled or changed within 24 hours of your session, the deposit is non-refundable.
Sessions that are paid in full need to be redeemed within 90 days. No refund will be issued if not
redeemed within 90 days.
Payment plan
We do have payment plan options. To arrange a payment plan, you will be required to pay your deposit and the first payment up front. Payment plans are an in store only option. Your payment plan session must be paid in full prior to your appointment. If you are using the payment plan with your session package, as you pay off your sessions you may book your appoinments.
Late
If you arrive late to your appointment, your session time will begin. You will be able to complete your appointment with the time that is remaining within the session’s hour.
After 15 minutes late your session may be cancelled with notification via text/call.
Cancellation
24-hour notice is needed to cancel or change an appointment. Deposit will not be refunded if less than 24 hours.
You will receive a text message two to three days prior to your session and 24 hour confirmation is need to lock in your session. If failure to confirm and no notification is received, your appointment will be automatically cancelled.
Menstrual Policy
Being on your cycle will affect your session results, we advise you to try to avoid booking within the first 3-4 days of your cycle. If you are planning to book buttock lift or body detox sessions around this time, please come prepared, as we do need to perform the session with minimal underwear exposure.
Merchandise Return Policy
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days to exchange or receive a refund. If merchandise is not obtained within 30 days, it is non-refundable.
